PHOTO CONTEST
It will be the announcement of the best images taken by the deaf / hard of hearing Norwegians, the Fønix Cinema at the opening ceremony on Friday, September 14.
Later in the evening, more images will be showcased at Christiansholm Fortress under the social gathering.
